These Terms apply to your use of psarta.com and to every order you place with us. Please
read them with our Shipping Policy, Return & Refund Policy and Privacy Policy. You can
check out as a guest.

2. Using our website

Use the website lawfully. Do not attempt fraud, unauthorised access, copying our content,
or interfering with the site's security.

3. Products

We describe and photograph our clothing and footwear as accurately as we can. Colours
may look slightly different on screen. Please check the size guide before ordering.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT and any import charges. Delivery
costs are shown at checkout before you pay. A "was" price is shown only when the item
was genuinely sold at that price. Promotions show their end date.

5. Your order

We email an order confirmation when you order. A contract is formed when we email to
confirm dispatch. If an item is unavailable or wrongly priced, we will tell you and refund
you in full. We may refuse orders we reasonably suspect are fraudulent.

6. Delivery

We deliver within the United Kingdom as described in our Shipping Policy. Items are our
responsibility until delivered to you.

7. Cancellation and returns

You can cancel within 14 days of delivery (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013), and our
Return & Refund Policy extends this to 30 days. For faulty items you have rights under the
Consumer Rights Act 2015.

8. Intellectual property

All text, images and design on psarta.com belong to Psarta Ltd or its licensors.

9. Our liability

We are responsible for foreseeable loss caused by our breaking these Terms or failing to
use reasonable care. We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by
negligence, for fraud, or for your statutory consumer rights. We are not responsible for
delays outside our reasonable control.

10. Complaints

Email contact@psarta.com. We aim to resolve complaints within 14 days.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or
Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings in your local courts.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms. The version on the site when you order applies to that order.
