This Privacy Policy explains how Psarta Ltd ("Psarta", "we", "us"), registered in England and Wales under company number [COMPANY NUMBER], registered office [REGISTERED OFFICE ADDRESS], collects and uses your personal data when you visit psarta.com or buy from us. We are the data controller under the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
1. The data we collect
- Identity and contact data: name, email, phone number, delivery and billing address.
- Order data: products bought, order history, returns and messages with us.
- Payment data: processed by our payment providers (Shopify Payments, PayPal). We never see or store full card details.
- Technical data: IP address, browser and device, pages viewed, collected with cookies.

3. Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with providers who help us run the store, under contracts that protect it: Shopify (store platform), payment providers, delivery companies and our fulfilment partner (only the details needed to deliver your order), analytics and advertising providers such as Google and Meta (only with your consent), and authorities when the law requires it.
4. International transfers
Some providers (such as Shopify, Google and our fulfilment partner) may process data outside the UK. We protect those transfers with UK adequacy regulations or the UK International Data Transfer Agreement / Addendum.
5. How long we keep it
Order and invoice records: 6 years (HMRC requirement). Marketing data: until you unsubscribe. Everything else: only as long as needed.
6. Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to its use, receive a portable copy, withdraw consent, and opt out of direct marketing. Email contact@psarta.com with the subject "Data request". We reply within one month.
7. Cookies
We use essential cookies to run the shop, and analytics and advertising cookies only if you accept them.
8. Security
Our site uses SSL encryption, and only people who need your data can access it.
9. Children
Our website is not intended for children under 13.
