What does Psarta sell?

Women's and men's clothing and footwear: knitwear, cardigans, coats, jackets, dresses, blazers, trousers and shoes.

Where are you based?

Our business address is 36–39 Pall Mall, London.

Where do you deliver?

Within the United Kingdom only.

How much is delivery? 

Free tracked delivery on every order.

How long will my order take?

Processing takes 1–3 business days, and delivery 7–12 business days after dispatch. (Use 2–4 days if you ship from UK stock.)

Will I pay customs or import fees?

No. All prices include VAT and any import charges.

How do I track my order?

Use the tracking link in your dispatch email, or our Track Your Order page.

What is your return policy?

Return unworn items with tags within 30 days of delivery. You pay return postage unless the item is faulty or wrong.

When will I get my refund?

Within 14 days of us receiving your return, to your original
payment method.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, free of charge before dispatch. Email contact@psarta.com.
